Finance Availabilities : DHV has been approached by many banks, Housing Finance Companies for extending finance facilities to customers. Almost all major banks have approved the project for lending to customers, as per their eligibility criteria. Our Bankers are Corporation Bank, Shevapet and State Bank of Hyderabad, Cherry Road. We will help our customers with all documentation requirements for a speedy disbursement.
Project Approval : The DHV project is duly approved by the Commissioner, Town and Country Planning, Chennai in No 5887/2008/BA2 dated 29.01.2009 and numbered as 9/2009. As per Promoter Philosophy, he enter into the agreement with customer only for approved flats.
Maintenance Charges : As narrated in Payment details in extra expenditure head.
Property Can be Sold to Third Party. The property at DHV is completely transferable to third party, at any stage after one has paid 40% value. The Transfer subject to Govt levies and taxes applicable from time to time. The buyers will have proportionate share of land transferred to him by way of registered sale deed.
